Is the haunted trail suitable for children?

Our haunted trail is designed to be thrilling and scary, and may not be suitable for children under 10.  Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Are there live actors in the haunted trail?

Yes, we will have scare actors throughout the trail to provide an immersive and thrilling experience. Please remember to respect their performances and refrain from touching or interacting with them.

Is photography or videography allowed during the trail?

No, we do not allow photography or videography during the haunted trail. This policy helps maintain the immersive atmosphere and protects the privacy of our performers.

Are there any safety precautions in place?

Absolutely, the safety of our guests and performers is our top priority. We have trained staff members, emergency procedures in place, and regular safety checks to ensure a safe experience for everyone.

 

Can I bring my own props or costumes?

For safety reasons, patrons are not allowed to bring their own props or costumes onto the trail. This includes weapons, fake blood, and other items that could potentially cause harm or disrupt the experience.

 

What should I do if I get too scared or need to leave the trail?

If you feel overwhelmed or need to leave the trail for any reason, please notify a staff member immediately. We have designated exit points and staff members ready to assist you.

 

Is the haunted trail accessible for individuals with disabilities?

We strive to make our haunted trail enjoyable for all guests. However, please note that several areas of the trail feature uneven terrain, including rocks, roots, and narrow paths that may be challenging for those with mobility issues. While wheelchairs and mobility devices are welcome, due to these conditions, they may not be able to access certain portions of the trail. Guests using mobility devices may miss out on some parts of the experience. We recommend contacting our team in advance so we can provide more detailed information and help you make the most of your visit.

 

Can I purchase tickets at the door, or do I need to buy them in advance?

We recommend purchasing tickets in advance to secure your spot and avoid long lines. However, depending on availability, we may offer tickets at the door.

 

Is there a refund policy for tickets?

We do not offer refunds for tickets unless the event is canceled by the organizers. Please check our refund policy for more information.

 

Are there food and drinks available on-site?

Unfortunately this year (2024) we do not have food or drinks available but we plan to next year!

Some basic rules...

No Running: Guests must walk at a steady pace throughout the trail. Running increases the risk of accidents and detracts from the experience for others.

No Touching: Patrons are not allowed to touch the scare actors or any props along the trail. This rule helps ensure the safety of both guests and performers and prevents damage to the props.

 

No Alcohol or Illegal Substances: We reserve the right to remove any patrons who are under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances. This policy is in place to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

 

Follow Instructions: Guests must follow any instructions given by staff members, including guidelines for entering and exiting different areas of the trail.

 

Keep Path Clear: Patrons should not block the path or linger in one area for an extended period, as this can disrupt the flow of traffic and the experience for others.

 

No Photography or Videography: Recording devices, including cameras and smartphones, are not allowed during the trail. This rule helps maintain the immersive atmosphere and protects the privacy of our performers.

 

Respect Other Guests: Guests are expected to be respectful to other patrons and refrain from using offensive language or behavior.

 

No Outside Props: Patrons are not permitted to bring their own props, including weapons or fake blood, onto the trail.

 

Age Restrictions: Guests must adhere to any age restrictions specified for the haunted trail. Some experiences may not be suitable for young children or individuals with certain medical conditions.

 

Emergency Procedures: In case of an emergency, follow the instructions provided by staff members and cooperate with any evacuation procedures.
