2. Ticket Sales & Entry

  • All ticket sales are final unless the event is canceled by us.
  • Events are held rain or shine, unless conditions are unsafe. In that case, we may cancel or reschedule.
  • Tickets are valid only for the date/time purchased.
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behavior.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • If an event is canceled due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we may offer ticket holders the option to transfer to another date (subject to availability).
  • Refunds are issued only if we cancel and cannot reschedule.
  • No refunds will be given for unused tickets, late arrivals, or no-shows.

4. Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By purchasing a ticket and entering our property, you voluntarily:

  • Assume all risks related to outdoor and farm activities, including uneven ground, weather, and natural conditions.
  • Release Black Rose Farm, LLC and its owners, employees, and volunteers from liability for injuries, damages, or losses, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  • Agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions for your safety.

5. Photography & Media

By attending our events, you grant us the right to use photographs, video, or audio recordings that may include you or your group for promotional purposes, without compensation.
